A peaceful corner of the university town of Stellenbosch is home to The Stables Lodge, right in the middle of the beautiful wine route of the Western Cape. And thereby it is only a 40 min drive to the beaches, Restaurants and the sights of Cape Town The area is a golfing paradise with some of the world’s finest golf courses. Information about the different courses and their rates are available and the booking of the green fees can be arranged without any additional costs. All five rooms are individually decorated and furnished to meet the demands of the modern traveller. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast in our little restaurant or on the terrace and take a refreshing swim in the pool afterwards. The German owner himself is taking care of the well-being of his guests and is always happy to help organising fantastic daytrips. He is proud of his individually orientated service which starts with the airport transfer and only ends when the guests are completely satisfied. Daytrips to selected Wine estates with wine tasting, guided by a German speaking sommelier can be organised as well as transfers to one of the excellent restaurants of Stellenbosch or to one of the close-by golf courses.
